Diddy Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges

Diddy made his initial federal court appearance in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon, where he entered a not-guilty plea to all charges. The primary concern for the mogul was whether the judge would grant him bail.

To secure his release, Diddy offered a hefty $50 million bond, which he proposed to back with his $48 million Miami mansion and his mother’s home as collateral. He also agreed to wear a GPS monitor and limit his travel to South Florida and the NYC area.

The court hearing is ongoing, and the judge has yet to make a decision on the bail request. Prosecutors argue that Diddy poses a flight risk and are opposed to granting bail.

If convicted, Diddy faces a minimum of 15 years in prison, with a potential maximum sentence of life. The stakes are extremely high for him.
